Making Convenient, Affordable Veterinary Care Safer
What to expect at our Wellness Centers
Our Wellness Centers are permanent locations in retail stores that offer regular hours for comprehensive wellness and minor medical services.
When you arrive at the store, call the number on the sign outside the store and our staff will guide you through the next steps. Only two pet parents at a time are permitted to wait outside the Wellness Center entrance located inside the store. Please maintain social distancing if you are waiting in store or return to your car until it is your turn.
When it’s your turn, our clinic assistant will call to meet you outside the Wellness Center entrance and escort your pet into the center. Please be sure your pet is securely leashed or in a carrier.
Our licensed veterinarian will examine your pet and call you to discuss a treatment plan and the cost before providing service.
Once treatment is complete, the vet will call to answer your questions and give any instructions. Our staff will process your payment and bring your pet back to meet you outside the Wellness Center entrance.
